About our Collections

220 Soft have created a series of Collections that include our compatible Guides which have been designed to support all people in adapting to change. The Collections include:

Redundancy Support – a collection of three Guides to help you with all aspects of looking for employment together with benefits and lots of other information for people facing redundancy.

Find a Job Support – a collection of three Guides which have been created to help people who are seeking to find employment. Between them, they cover all the key areas of job hunting, as well as guiding you through the processes of how to create and use ‘Find a Job’ and ‘Universal Credit’ accounts.

Life in the UK Support – a collection four of guides that has been designed to support all newcomers to the UK. There is lots of useful information including customs, religion, travelling and public transport, health, hygiene and the NHS, making a living and benefits.

Life in the UK Support for BN(O) Citizens – a collection of three guides which has been designed to support all BN(O) citizens living or arriving in the UK. There is lots of useful information including how to apply for the BNO Visa, settle in the UK and look for employment, including using the UK government’s Find a job website.

Our guides have been used extensively throughout the UK via local authority councils and libraries.
